GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. VALIDITY
The following terms and conditions apply to all item sales and supplies between you and Dream Work Srl. Dream Work Srl reserves the right to amend such conditions in the future. Possible changes to current terms and conditions will be notified by e-mail to all registered users and will immediately enter into force starting from the moment they are published on this website.

2. CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND DREAM WORK SRL
Dream Work Srl is by no means liable to you until you receive an e-mail from kardif.it confirming that your order has been received and accepted. Should any evident errors or inaccuracies regarding goods or orders on kardif.it occur, Dream Work Srl reserves the right to withdraw from any commitment.

3. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices for Dream Work Srl products are clearly displayed on kardif.it website and include VAT. Shipping costs must be added to such product prices and may vary according to quantity, total weight and delivery method for each order. Information regarding price and availability displayed on kardif.it website is amenable to changes without prior notice, but payments shall be submitted according to the price displayed on your order confirmation.

4. PRODUCT DELIVERY
Dream Work Srl will dispatch all ordered items to the address entered while registering, unless otherwise requested in the notes when placing the order. All expected delivery times displayed on kardif.it are estimates based solely on ordinary order processing and on delivery times declared by carriers. The couriers we rely on do not call customers before hand, not manage requests for deliveries at specific times. Except conditions of Force Majeure, Dream Work Srl will deliver your goods to the courier approximately within 24 hours (working days), without this resulting in any commitment for Dream Work Srl.

5. LIABILITY
Dream Work Srl shall not be liable for any inefficiencies due to Force Majeure, such as accidents, explosions, fire, strikes and/or lock-outs, earthquakes, floods or any other similar events which may partially or totally impede shipping within the times agreed upon by contract. Dream Work Srl shall not be liable to any party for damages, losses or costs arisen from failure in fulfilling the contract due to the above cited causes. Consumers’ right to a refund shall be limited to the paid amount. Equally, Dream Work Srl shall not be liable for fraudulent or illicit use of checks or any further payment methods by third parties when paying the purchased items.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has right to withdraw from placed orders without penalties within 30 working days starting from the delivery date. Such Legislative Decree does not cover entities not classifiable as consumers, i.e. whoever acts for purposes related to a possible business activity, or rather whoever places an order entering a VAT Number for invoicing. The right of withdrawal shall be exercised within the allotted time upon an authorization request to the e-mail address info@kardif.it. This service is free of charge, and the return or change shipping costs are always chargeable to Dream Work Srl. All items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, with all labels and any other possible part attached. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions shall result in losing the right of withdrawal. We kindly invite our customers to cooperate by following our return policy and by not shipping back items not covered by the right of withdrawal. Once the items have been received, Dream Work Srl will provide a change or a refund for the whole amount paid by the customer (shipping costs excluded). The refund will be sent via bank transfer for payments upon delivery, or credited back on the card used for payments through PayPal platform. Please note: shall the right of withdrawal not apply, all items will be dispatched back to the sender, who will be charged all shipping costs.

• Item must still be intact and complete with all the additional components and accessories attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
• Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, accessories, etc.) received with the order.
• Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
• Returns must be shipped in the Kardif.it box and sealed. If our box is unusable or missing, another box suitable for shipping the item(s) may be used.
• In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact info@kardif.it.

Kardif.it reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

• In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, Kardif.it reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
• Kardif.it reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Kardif.it will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
• Exceptions from the right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the website Kardif.it are excluded in accordance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code as regards the following:
For every item where the exclusion of withdrawal is applied, Kardif.it. provides indication to the consumer directly on the item page. At its sole discretion, Kardif.it. has the right to accept the withdrawal request even for goods that are excluded from the right, if it deems the reasons appropriate and justified.

For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.

7. RETURN POLICY

If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 28 days of the order’s delivery date.
Item Must be unused and in new pristine condition, must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Return Instructions
• To request a return go to send an email to info@kardif.it declaring your name, surname, order number and reason of the change.

Once completed, Kardif will send a confirmation email, with the Return Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label and instructions for the return shipment.

• The return shipment costs will be the Client’s responsabiity.
• Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order’s delivery date.

Types of Returns

• Size/Color Exchange

Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available. The new item will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.

• Refund

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Kardif.it
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal, or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.Any original shipping costs incurred will only be refunded to the Client if all the items purchased in the order are returned.

Return Terms & Conditions

• The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
• Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
• Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment.
• Returns must be shipped in the Kardif.it box, sealed using the self-adhesive strip on the top. If our box is unusable or missing, another box suitable for shipping the item(s) may be used.
• In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, we invite Clients to immediately contact info@kardif.it.

8. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

Once the “online” purchasing procedure has been completed, the consumer undertakes to print out and keep the present general terms and conditions, which have also already been examined and accepted when registering. 8.1 Dream Work Srl reserves the right to update or amend the present general terms and conditions anytime. Such changes will be notified on the website homepage and via e-mail. Shall the present general terms and conditions vary, the consumer undertakes to print and keep their latest version. 8.2 The buyer must not enter false, invented or fictional information while registering. Such registration procedure is necessary to enforce the present contract towards the buyer and for all further relevant communication. Personal data and e-mail address must be real, non fictional and must not belong to any third party. Double registrations corresponding to one entity are expressly forbidden, as well as entering third party’s data. Dream Work Srl reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse in the interest of and for the protection of all consumers. 8.3 The customer releases Dream Work Srl from any liability deriving from issuing wrong billing documents due to errors in data entered by the customer. The customer is entirely responsible for correct data entry.

9. LAWS AND REGULATIONS IN FORCE AND JURISDICTION
All contracts between you and Dream Work Srl are subject to the Italian Legislation. The Court of Rome – Italy – shall have jurisdiction for all disputes.
